◆Shipping fees◆

We ship the items via EMS. (Express Mailing Service)
The shipping cost depends on the weight and the destination of the package.
For example, if we ship one jumper skirt to USA, the weight is about 1.2kg with its package, and the shipping fee costs 3、000 yen.
Please feel free to ask us the total weight and the shipping costs for the items that you are interested in, before you make an order.

Please check the total amount in the confirmation e-mail from BABY and make a payment by PAYPAL .
Please make a payment in 10days, and please let us know via e-mail when your payment is done.

We will provide you our email address for PAYPAL via e-mail after confirming our stock.Please note this address is different from order@babyssb.co.jp.

Please make your transferin Japanese Yen, There will be no extra charges required.

We don't accept any kind of Western Union services, cheques, money transfer through the internet, and any other methods.
We cannot take responsibility of transmission mistakes.

Custom duty may occur when you receive a parcel.
We don't know how much it costs since it is decided by the custom officer in your country.
(The custom duty varies depending on each country and the materials of the product.)

The size of our clothes is basically “Female size 9”in the Japanese standard.<Regarding clothes size>

If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us. Since we only display pictures of clothes, we encourage you to ask us any questions regarding details and size to solve your doubts.

If we cannot confirm your payment after 1 week, nor have you contacted us, your order will be cancelled. In any case if you cannot use the Internet, please call us.

If there is communication breakdown, or consecutive cancellation request is made, we will reject your mail-orders.
