Notice about change of our payment policy:
As we are trying to better our services for our international customers,
we have decided to shorten our payment deadline by a few days.
Up until now, we’ve asked international customers to finish
their payments within 10 days from the order’s processing;
but from January 2016, all payments both from international
and local customers should be completed within 7 days.
If payment cannot be confirmed within 7 days,
the order will be automatically canceled
and the items will be returned to our regular stock.

For international purchases, we only offer EMS as our shipping method.
EMS is a trustworthy and secure method of shipping
and includes insurance in case of lost or damaged goods.
EMS arrival times vary from country to country,
but normally packages are delivered within one week.
Also, please note that we cannot lower the declared value of any items sent.
In case or loss or damage, insurance cannot be claimed
if the declared price is lowered, so we ask for your understanding in this matter.

About email transmission errors
Unfortunately, recently transmission errors have been occurring,
especially on the e-mails from overseas. This might be because we have set up
very strict security for the internet, so e-mails can be rejected by the internet server.
Also, e-mails from free mailing services such as yahoo and hotmail tend
to have transmission errors more than other e-mails.

Exceptionally we accept in the case of within one year from purchase
and with store receipt or online order record,
but the repair will be charged and the shipping fee of returning and resending will be added.
