【店舗御予約の場合】
- 御予約時、1セットにつき1万円のお内金を預からせて頂きます。
年始お引き取り時、このお内金はそのままお返しとなります。 - 御予約店舗にて1/7（木）までに引き取りがない場合はキャンセルとさせて頂き、
お内金の返金が難しくなる場合もございますのでご注意下さい。
なお、御予約時の全額先払いを頂いた場合はこの限りではありません。 - 御予約枠には限りがありますので、お早目の御注文をお勧め致します。
なお、年始店頭販売分に関しましてのお問い合わせにはお答えが出来かねます。
店舗により入荷が少ない、またはほとんど無い可能性もございますので、御希望のお客様には御予約をお勧め致します。 - SHOPでの御予約の場合、お電話での枠取り置きは不可とし「御来店限定での御案内」となります。
通常商品の御予約方法とは異なり、御予約期間中、お電話での御希望は一切承ることが出来ませんのでご注意下さい。 - 御予約初日は混乱を避けるため、お一人様1品番につき1点までの御予約に限らせて頂きます。
なお、2日目以降は御予約制限解除となります。 - 初日の整列方法に関しまして【12／6NEW！】多くのお客様より御希望の声を頂いており、御予約初日の混乱が予想されますので、お並びの方法に関しまして、下記お願いをさせて頂きます。
■近隣の皆様や収容ビルの御迷惑となりますため、深夜／早朝からのお並びは御遠慮下さい。
■御用意している枠数を越えてお客様が並ばれた場合、シャッフルにて整列し直しをさせて頂きますので何卒御理解下さい。
■その他、皆様の安全のため、スタッフの指示に従って行動して頂けますようお願い申し上げます。

【通信販売での御予約の場合】
- 海外通販扱いでも御予約を承りますが、その場合、着日が国内発送分とは差が出る場合がございますので何卒御理解下さいませ。
- 御注文日から1週間以内に、送料を含めて全額前払いをお願い致します。
なお、お支払いは銀行振り込みと郵便振替に限らせて頂きます。 - 12月22日まで弊社でご入金確認が出来ない場合、キャンセル扱いとさせて頂き、
在庫の確保はされませんのでご注意下さい。必ず期日までのご入金をお願い致します。 - 運送業者の都合もあり、一足早く年内の発送、お届けとなります。

■The following are a few rules for WEBSTORE reservations of our HAPPY PACKs.
Please be sure to check them before placing an order.
【Webstore reservations】
- We accept reservations from our international customers.
But please take into consideration that the shipping and delivery times
may be different to those of our local customers; specially during this time of the year,
there might be unexpected delays. - Complete payment including shipping must be finished within one week
after the order has been confirmed.
For local customers, payment will be received ONLY via Bank Transfer or Postal Transfer.
For our international customers, as always, payment can only be accepted through Paypal. - Arrival of the packages can vary depending on our carrier, but we are expecting
them to be delivered to our customers before the year ends.
All packages will be sent after December 24th, regardless of the order or when
the reservation was received. - Available spaces for reservation are limited, so we would recommend for orders
to be placed soon to guarantee a spot.
