We change the reservation acceptance process and pick up method for reserved items during this store closing.

Mail form will be available from reservation page on our online store.
Please fill in your information, name, phone number, details of request and so on.
Please be understanding that this mail request is NOT guaranteed the availability.
We will reply to the customer after confirm the reservation stock.
Our store staff will contact to the customer after reopen the store or arrival of reserved item.
Though no need to advanced payment, we do NOT accept any cancellation.

【Pick up for reserved items ordered at temporary closing stores】
We postponed the pick up deadline for all reserved items ordered at the stores by April 25th.
Our store staff will contact to the customer after reopen.
In the case you’re in hurry to pick up and advanced full-paid, pick up at other store is available.
Please be understanding it takes a week or more due to transportation from a store to another store.
