Following stores will be closing from April 8th to the time being
due to building close responding to the strong request to avoid outing
by the prefectures caused by spread of COVID -19.

We change the reservation acceptance process and pick up method for reserved items during this long store closing.

Mail form will be available from reservation page on our online store.
Please fill in your information, name, phone number, details of request and so on.
Please be understanding that this mail request is NOT guaranteed the availability.
We will reply to the customer after confirm the reservation stock.
Our store staff will contact to the customer after reopen the store or arrival of reserved item.
Though no need to advanced payment, we do NOT accept any cancellation.

We postponed the pick up deadline for all reserved items ordered at the stores by April 7th.
Our store staff will contact to the customer after reopen.
In the case you’re in hurry to pick up some items, please send us a request from here.
Shipment in Japan only, 1 shipping address per customer available.
Items from same series will be shipped at once.

New special orders can NOT be placed for the stores until reopen.
