Due to requests to avoid nonessential outings from prefectures caused by spread of COVID-19,
we change our store reservation/pick up methods for the time being.
■About pick up of reserved/special ordered items
We postpone pick up deadline for all arrived reservation/special order items placed by April 7th.
Please tell a staff on the arrival notification if you are difficult to come to the store.
Temporary closing stores also postpone the deadline and will contact to the customer after reopen.
Please be understanding that we can NOT accept any cancellation.
■About lottery reservation
For lottery reservation items, as always, we will be accepting entries at stores and by phone,
and we will let customers know their results by phone after 14:00 on the Thursday.
No need to make a partial payment and payment have to made by pick up at the store.
Store pick up is necessary, so please use our online store if it’s difficult to come to the store.

■About reservations start on 17:00 on Fridays

■About pick up for the FULL PAID reservation/special order items
For the FULL PAID orders placed and paid before April 7th,
we ship directly from our head office to the customers who’d like to.
Please contact to the store where placed an order when you’d like to receive the item by shipping.
Shipment in Japan only, 1 shipping address per customer available.
Items from same series will be shipped at once.
Also, we can NOT accept any substitute receiving the package.

■About pick yo for the NOT paid items
In the case difficult in store pick up, we accept to switch to online purchase.
We request to pay the amount deducted partial paid price,
and we combine a Stamps card which points offered as product amount.
Stamps cards can be added up at store later.
When you’d like to receive your items by this method,
please contact from the MAIL FORM or tell a staff when you receive arrival notification call.
For this method, any discount service can NOT be applied.
