昨今、オリジナルプリントシリーズ、特別販売商品の御予約が毎回大好評を頂いており、 御予約開始後数分で完売してしまう状況が続いております。

弊社でも生産数をあげて対応しておりますが、 それでもお客様の反応に追いつかない場合がございます。

1月31日（金）18時より御予約開始となる 「Claudia,The Fairy Tale princess」シリーズの御予約制限に関しまして、 下記決定致しましたので御確認をお願い致します。

• 御予約初日のみの制限となります。2月1日（土）0時（1月31日の深夜）より、御予約制限は解除となります。
• お一人様1品番につき1色1点までの御予約が可能です。品番が異なる商品を一緒に御予約頂くことも可能です。
• ご友人様の代理購入におきましても同条件となります。（お一人様分として御予約数は制限させて頂きます）
• 初日に店頭にお並び頂きましても、混雑状況や御予約希望者様の数によっては早々に完売が出る可能性もございます。大変申し訳ありませんが、予め御了承下さいませ。

Notification about the reservation restriction (for the reservation start first day)about “Claudia,The Fairy Tale princess series”

Thank you very much for your continuous support for BABY,THE STARS SHINE BRIGHT.

Thankfully, the reservation of the original print series has great popularity, but the situation that popular color is sold out after a reservation start in several minutes continues these days.

We increase the number of the production, but still cannot satisfy the demand of the customers.

Besides we decided about reservation restrictions of the reservation of “Claudia,The Fairy Tale princess” which will be started 18:00 on Friday, January 31 as follows.

• This rule is a rule only for the reservation start first day. The reservation restrictions will be canceled from at 0:00 on Saturday, February 1.
• The reservation is acceptable up to one color, one item of the one item code per one person. The reservation of the items which have the different item numbers are acceptable together.
• The upper rule applies as well when you purchase the item of friend by proxy.
