ALICE and the PIRATES原宿店にて、システムトラブルの影響で現在免税対応が出来かねる状況となっております。

お客様には大変ご迷惑をお掛け致しますが、ご理解、ご了承のほどよろしくお願い申し上げます。

なお、各種お支払方法への対応、免税以外の割引対応には問題がございませんので、通常通りお買い物をして頂けます。

1週間以内のシステム復旧を目指しておりますが、免税対応再開の際はALICE and the PIRATES原宿店Instagramにてお知らせをさせて頂きますので、ご確認をお願い申し上げます。

We are still accepting various payment methods or offering discounts other than tax-free.
We aim to have the system restored within one week.
